Guidelines – How To Order Embroidery From Custom Imprints:

Set-up Charges:

There will be a one time setup charge to digitize your logo for embroidery. Digitizing fees vary. Included in the setup is an embroidered sample proof of your logo before the start production, to insure accuracy. Embroidery charges are based on quantity. The set up fee is a one time charge and your logo is kept on file allowing for quick turnaround on future orders.

Request for Quote:

To receive a quote, submit your logo via email or fax. Preferred file formats for artwork include: .ai, .eps, .cdr, .pdf, .jpeg, .bmp, .tif and .gif. Vectored art is accepted when available. Please do not embed the logo in the email. MAC users please send .pdf files.

Need help uploading artwork that exceeds your email provider’s limits?

Please include as much information as possible such as quantity, sizing, apparel type (see the online catalog) colors, deadline, and contact information.

Most quote requests are processed within 24 hours

Payment Information:

We require a deposit of half the amount specified in the quote before production will begin, with the balance due upon receipt. Standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days from artwork approval. We are willing to work with you on any deadlines you might have. Rush fees may apply. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards.
