Guidelines - How To Order Ad Specialty

Set-up Charges:
Ad Specialty setup charges depends greatly on the product to which a
logo is being applied. An art charge may apply depending on how design
is submitted. Included in the setup process is a color copy layout of
your design for inspection before production begins. The artwork is kept
on file to make further orders quicker.
Request for Quote:
To receive a quote, submit your logo via email or fax. Preferred file
formats for artwork include: .ai, .eps, .cdr, .pdf,
.jpeg, .bmp, .tif and .gif. Vectored art is accepted when
available. Please do not embed the logo in the email. MAC users please
send .pdf files.
Need help uploading artwork that exceeds your email provider's limits?
Uploading files of large size (greater than your email provider
allows):
- Go to www.yousendit.com
- Enter the email address you with to send a file to (see
contact us)
- Enter your email address
- Find your file to upload by clicking on the browse button
- After you have selected your file, click on send it
Please include as much information as possible such as quantity,
sizing, apparel type (see the online catalog) colors, deadline, and
contact information.
Most quote requests are processed within 24 hours
Payment Information:
We require a deposit of half the amount specified in the quote before
production will begin, with the balance due upon receipt. Standard
turnaround time is 7-10 business days from artwork approval. We are
willing to work with you on any deadlines you might have. Rush fees may
apply. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards.
